Description
The Glad Hander is a medium type level that is glad to give you a hand (not really). You're sure to meet him in Donald's Dock through Donald's Dreamland, or visit him in a Toontown Central cog building. You can shake hands with him in Sellbot HQ in the Factory, the courtyard, or even the Sellbot VP. Glad Handers can have a minimum HP of 30 (Level 4) up to a maximum of 90 HP (Level 8).
Meaning of "Glad Hander"
An excessively friendly or familiar person.

Once done with level 8, you will be promoted to a Mover & Shaker.
