Basic Information
Minnie's Melodyland is the fourth playground toons meet. Besides Toontown Central, which is the first playground, it does not lead to any Cog HQ making it the least most popular neighborhood.
Laff Ranges
Most of the toons here have laff from 45-53. Rarely other toons come here, since it doesn't lead to a Cog HQ, though sometimes new toons come here because it's the only playground that leads to Donald's Dreamland.
Cog Levels
Cogs on the streets range from levels one to six. The maximum building height is four stories, and the maximum cog level in buildings is level nine.

Theme
The theme is music, there are musical instruments all over the neighborhood. The streets are based on singing pitches, or instrument pitches.
