Description
Mover and Shakers range from levels 5-9 and are dangerous because they have an area of effect move which will damage all toons in battle. Even if there are higher level cogs you need to get rid of this cog as he can do so much damage to so many toons.
He can be found where 5+ sellbots are found, during invasions, in Sellbot buildings and in Sellbot HQ lobby.
