Pencil Pushers can be found at levels 2-6 and are known for their pencil shaped heads. They wear a frown and their faces are brown with a tiny spot of black hair at the top.

Where to find Pencil Pushers
They can be found in any playground and are also found in Bossbot buildings. They are found on all streets, all buildings and the outer areas of all Cog Headquarters during invasions.
