Description
The Robber Barons are the top Cashbot Cogs in Toontown (Excluding the CFO). Robber Barons can only be found in Cashbot buildings, Mints, or the CFO. They are levels 8-12.
Meaning of "Robber Baron"
Someone who becomes wealthy by unethical means, such as questionable stock-market operations and labor.

Robber Barons are a building only cog. The chances of finding them increases as you look in more difficult playgrounds. Robber Barons are common in Donald's Dreamland Cashbot Buildings, and may be able to find in The Brrrgh's 5 story Cashbot building on Sleet Street. But if you need to defeat a lot of Robber Barons, the Cashbot CFO battle is the place to find them, there are about a dozen Robber Barons from Level 8 to Level 12.
