Description
The Spin Doctor is a Lawbot that finds it fun to spin (no really -- that's one of his moves!). This cog is the highest Lawbot cog you will find in the streets, excluding an invasion. He is leveled 6-10
Meaning of "Spin Doctor"
A person who tries to interpret a statement or event in their own way. A company will hire a Spin Doctor to make something bad appear to be good or down play bad things that have happened to the company.
