Toontown Central is the center of Toontown and is the location where all beginning players start.

Basic Information
Toontown Central is the first playground encountered by all Toon. Mickey is the playground "owner."
Laff Range
People in Toontown Central's laff range from 15-laff at the start, to 25-laff at the end not including other bonuses, like fishing. Occasionally higher laff Toons will go there to complete tasks where they have to help other toons out in Toontown Central.
Cog levels
One through three, except during invasions. In buildings the levels go from one to seven.

Theme
The theme is a generic classic cartoon neighborhood, with the shop names generally being generic puns or related to classic slapstick gags.
