The Top Toons list is a way to show your skill in Toontown, whether in killing cogs or just shopping sprees. The lists aren't updated until the next day, so you'll need to check back the day after you think you've done enough. It's possible to be on any number of the lists on the same day!

Cogs Defeated
The Cogs Defeated is one of the hardest lists to be on. To make it, you must destroy hundreds or even thousands of cogs within a 24 hour period. Killing cogs is easy for advanced toons, but for new toons this is nearly impossible.
Buildings Recovered
Cogs and Cog Buildings tie together; the more buildings you defeat, the more cogs you defeat. When you defeat a certain amount of cog buildings you get stars. One floor is equal to one point. Here is the chart:

A few things to remember:
If a building you rescued gets taken over by Cogs again, you lose credit for that building. There is a different Toon Platoon in each district. If you switch districts, your points do not travel with you. However, if you return to that district within a short period of time, then your star should still be above your head.
Cattlelog Items Purchased
Many toons go on shopping sprees from time to time, although this is one of the easier Top Toon tasks. The goal for this is about 200. A few tips :
Save your jellybeans Buy the cheapest items on your Cattlelog, like radios. If you want to set records, give the items to your friends, you may be a "Gifts Given" top toon too!
Gifts Given
The player who gives the most gifts to his friends will be the Top Toon in this category. Like Cattlelog Items Purcahsed, the goal is usually around 200. This is actually very easy to get, just use these tips:
Don't buy yourself any items, buy them all for your friends, sometimes you'll be the "Cattellog Items Purchased" Top Toon too. Buy cheaper items, such as chairs and rugs which only cost 60 each. Don't be afraid to buy more than one item for each person, they can discard them
Tasks Completed
This may be the toughest Top Toon yet, especially if you work in Dreamland! You have to complete hundreds of tasks in order to get it. One method, however, is to keep doing the "Help a New Toon 25 Laff or less defeat a 3 story cog building" over and over again.
This is most easily done, however, by uber toons, whose tasks are easy for their gag level.
Trolley Games Played
This depends on how many games you played during the day. Here's a tip on how to save a few seconds if your more dedicated on how "fast" you can do it rather than how many. Don't actually play the trolley game, then once they count up your jellybeans, there will be less to count so you can move on quicker. This doesn't work for all games though, for example The Cannon Game, you don't want to be waiting a minute just to recieve nothing, it would be better if you just recieve the jellybeans. So when it comes down to the games that allow you to stop the clock early (Cannon Game, Jungle Vines, and Toon Memory) you might be better off not using this method.
Jellybeans Earned
Any method of Jellybean earning will work for this section, such as fishing, trolleying, and Unites.
Fish Caught
This works together with Jellybeans Earned. If you catch a lot of fish, you pile in jellybeans. So if you're into fishing, this category might work for you.
Fish bingo wins
BINGO! Fishing goes with Bingo now, so if you fish in Wednesdays, you can clear bunches of cards!
Holes in one
You have to get hole in ones in the golf courses for this one. The best one to go to is the easy course because hole in ones are real easy to get in there.
Courses under Par
You have to complete courses under par for this one. The easy course is the easiest to do this on because it doesn't take that long, you can get more in and you can also get your holes in one.
VP/CFO/CJ/CEO Victories
This can be pretty hard. Just get a team that has merits/cogbucks/jury notices/stock options and head in. Try to defeat the Cog Bosses and get your Merits/Cogbucks/Jury Notices/Stock options quick to get the Top Toon!
There are a few things:
If your Cog Suit is fully maxed, it gives a better chance of getting that Top Toon - you won't be needing to get any more Merits/Cogbucks/Jury Notices/Stock options! If you have a Cold Caller, Short Change, Bottom Feeder, or Flunky suit, you won't need many merits, so that works also if you get lucky to not get hopped. Do NOT go in with newbies - they won't be doing a very good job in the battle. Name Droppers and Telemarketers, Penny Pinchers and Tightwads, Bloodsuckers and Double Talkers, and Pencil Pushers and Yesmen are not considered newbies.
FOR SELLBOT: Remember that Mr. Hollywoods won't appreciate you if you are Cold Caller or Telemarketer!
FOR CASHBOT: Most Robber Barons like to go with all of them in the CFO Lobby. Go with them ONLY if all of them are in and they don't care whoevers coming with them.
FOR LAWBOT: Don't forget that the more Toons you launch into the Jury, you get an advantage, but there will be more Gavels! Launch a few if you are with Toons who are new to Chief Justice!
FOR BOSSBOT: Don't forget all the cogs in the CEO battle are Version 2.0 cogs so make sure everyone has gags!
Most Races Won
This category is for those who win the most races in 24 hours. It does not matter which course you play in, or how many toons you're playing against.
